Aesthetica Salon and Spa is a premiere full service salon in Norman, Oklahoma. Located near the university, in historic downtown. Aesthetica recently opened in September of 2014. Owner/ director, JT Johnson was also the founder and original owner of Glow Salon, from 2002- 2012. At Aesthetica salon we offer a multitude of product lines and services, as well as a chic, friendly and relaxed environment. It is our goal to continue to raise the standards of aesthetic services, offering cutting edge technology, providing excellent guest services, offering ease and convenience of bundling beauty packages in an eco friendly, responsible and safe environment.

Overall

The owner of Aesthetica Salon FIRED Jill Johnson! (Thank God!)



Then moved on to Melissa Barrett, who isn't much better regarding her professionalism and not keeping her scheduled appointment that she herself made/makes. (This one needs to GO too!)



The owner wants this salon to be upscale and innovative ... but shes put incompetent fresh out of school (High School/Beauty School) under the age of 24 in charge, hiring only their "facebook" buddies. Discussing "who" and what they did the night before! Dis-tasteful indeed!



The entire experience was far from innovative! I felt like I was in a kindergarten full of immature idiots! All of them piling in to see what each one was doing like a slumber party ... and no one knowing what to do and having their inexperienced conversation in front of me. I could also hear another disgruntled customer complaining in the back ground. The managers ideas of handling the situation was to sneak out the back door and have the receptionist tell the upset client ... "shes left for the day" when in reality ... the manager was just in front of me two seconds before standing in the room where I was seated!



BAD! BAD! BAD!



Innovation does NOT mean young, immature & stupid!



This is not the way to get on the "whos-who" list of top notch salon!



HINT for the Salon Owner! You hire experienced well educated customer service oriented personal! Get REAL!

The best massage ever!!!

This was the best massage I have ever had. I've been looking for a good massage therapist to stick with for a long time, and I have found her. Ask for Tara, she will find every knot in your body.
