They were fast and knowledgable! I contacted three companies and ACME was the only company to contact me and provide services the exact same day!

I have used Acme a couple times in the past and was very happy with their service. I called them again when I had an issue this month and the service I received was terrible. Their technician came out and found an entry hole in my crawl space. He also looked around the house and noted a number of other possible fixes that could be made. The problem was that he divided what most people would want; fixing the hole and cleaning up, into two separate options that included a list of other things I did not want pushing the price way up. I agreed to have him trap the animals and they put some traps in my yard. Then they disappeared for a week, I made multiple phone calls and left messages that were not returned for days. I finally got the owner to return a call and he explained there was a personal issue, but the fact remains that communication was terrible. I received on phone call that they had caught a squirrel and then one day I came home and their invoice was in my door and marked closed. Again, no phone call, no explanation. I tried to call them again, left a message and received no reply. I had to call them again in order to determine why they had "finished" the job. I will not be using Acme again and I recommend that others do not either.

ACME knows their trade, the animals, their habits, life cycles, and also the laws that govern their work. They also know customer service and every call was answered or returned promptly. This was my first experience with an animal control contractor, but I have used many other types of contractors for other jobs. ACME is the best contractor I have hired and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with any sort of wildlife situation!

ACME is a wounderful company! My son is allergic to bees and after I called, they were out to our house within an hour. They removed hornets building a large nest on the eve of our roof and also sealed a hole in our roof corner where birds had been nesting in the past.
