ABH replaced our rotting garage door with a waterproof (fiberglass) door. Also, replaced the right and left gables on the peak of the house.
ABH did professional and quality work. Nice to have first rate repairs by a reputable company that has been in our area for a long time. Highly recommend them to you!

I seen A Better Handyman LLC vehicle and wrote down their number. I needed someone to install lattis work that I purchased over 4 years ago that my Contractor never had the time to help me install. I spoke to Shannon who was extremely professional and polite. She sent someone to help me the next day. Dennis was very prompt, experienced and meticulous. He treated my job like he was working on his home. I am extremely pleased with this Company and "HIGHLY" recommend it to everyone.

Joe and his crew does excellent top notch work. Been dealing with them for a couple of years now. They have fixed my roof, painted my entire inside of my house, and they've redone my bathrooms and floors. My house looks brandnew! I always call Joe and his company and always will!

Joe and his team came out to install a window A/C unit for me on a very hot day after my old unit had stopped working. They provided EXCELLENT service and were very professional. They arrived at my home within an hour of my phone call. I highly recomment them.

While I hear Michael's experience below, I have to say that the team is incredibly busy and was the ONLY one of 3-4 contractors that I called that actually followed up via phone and email. Coordinated with me over 3 time zones and with 2 neighbors.



As a landlord, living in CA after leaving the home, Joe is a trustworthy and honest man. He has a talent for knowing what needs to be done and making sure it's done right, the first time. I will not hesitate to say that you should not even think about dialing someone else...but if you don't, well, then I'll keep him to myself and my 97 year old house will certainly be calling them back.

These guys are PROFESSIONALS. I got in touch with Shannon, the "Boss Lady," and she was incredibly helpful. I needed a special job done quickly and A Better Handyman was able to help me out the next day. They're pricey, but worth it.

On a day thought I wouldn't get anyone to come check out a leak fromy my ceiling he did. Made 1 phone call came at time he said he would be there took a look problem was fixed and met 2 hat I be levied to be a good guy here to help people. I want to thank them for everything they did for me.

Joe and his crew have consistently done a great job of every task I've asked them to do. Tackling years of delayed maintenance on our recently acquired 1923 Georgian in Norfolk has been a huge task. Joe has helped me prioritize the work we need to have done and has done each job with an attention to detail that is greatly appreciated. You would think he was working on his own home.

I'm suprised this company has so many good reviews! This is day three of me trying to get a hold of this company to do some work. The first day was great@ Great communication, great customer service. The lady on the phone took my number and told me I would receive a call back/drive-by for a firm quote... Well that was three days ago! I've called and left messages but I still have not heard from anyone!

Called Joe on Saturday, He came by Monday to give me a price on fixing my roof, replacing a door,fixing a door, picking up all the trash in my back yard and taking it to the dump(there was a lot), and putting up a railing on my front porch. Not only was the price great, He started on Tuesday and finished the next day. His crew was very nice and cleaned everything up so I could not tell they even there. He even did a few things he saw that I forgot and didn't even charge me! Not only do I recommend him I know I will us him again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gave Joe a call to see about jacking up my house in a couple of spots. The job was done under the time line i was given. Very professional crew. Called back about doing another job, once again his crew worked their magic was very pleased with the was my porch turned out. great company to do business with. It's hard to find one company that cares more about their work than what they are gonna charge you. with that being said you get a big bang for your buck.

I highly recommend this company. My new roof is wonderful and the men who were here working were courteous, clean & expedient.
