I don’t write these reviews often. But I had to tell about my experiences with Houndstooth. I’ve been warned by friends to be careful about carpet cleaners, that they’ll charge you more than they advertise, that they’ll do a poor job and not do anything to correct the problem, that they’ll damage your carpet. I did have someone recommend Houndstooth to me and I used them last year and once this year. Two different technicians have come out. Both were polite, professional and did a wonderful job, with no pressure put on me. Will continue to use them if they remain this reliable. Just wanted to give a thank you.

Used them to clean my house and my daughter’s next door. They arrived on time, took their time, didn’t try to make me buy more than I wanted and did fine work. I’m pleased and will use them again. Thank you.

Unparalleled. I had eight rooms of carpet cleaned and fully expected to pay extra for the size and condition of the carpeted areas. Not only did he clean it for the advertised price, John did a wonderful job and was extremely courteous. I gave him a good tip for the awesome service. I don’t know how they do it, but I will recommend them to all my friends.

The best and easiest to deal with cleaners around. I've had my carpets cleaned a multitude of times but never by a company as professional, polite and inexpensive. I've used them twice in the last year and I'm sold on their service. Five stars or more.

I got "The Works." Cleaning and scotchguarding and treatment for pet smell. Well worth it! Much less expensive than any of the alternatives. I'll use 'em again next year at this time.

We had a family Christmas party that got rerouted to our home at the last minute. My husband and I were horrified to realize that more than forty people would be coming to our place in two days with the state of our carpets. We called Houndstooth. They came out that same afternoon and made the carpets nice and clean for our guests. All was well and our party was wonderful.

I had become so tired of rip-off carpet cleaners and poor performance that I have been cleaning my own carpets for a decade. However, I’ve been suffering from arthritis since the beginning of 2013. After a recommendation by my sister-in-law, and seeing their low prices and being assured on the phone by their representative that they wouldn’t go up on that price, I thought I’d give them a try. The technician they sent out, Richard, did a great job, with no pressure on me to buy extra. I’ll use them again.
