        Ripley's is always attentive and takes time to discuss the issue at our rental homes. Very caring staff and they have great communication. The only issue we've run into is a limitation of getting certain brands serviced. Ripley's is always who we call first!

        I've used Scott Ripley's service for many years, and he's always been absolutely outstanding. My latest experience was equally superb. I called for help at 830 AM and they arrived at 930 AM. Using great skill and patience, service tech Drew Ripley found a broken wire, hidden deep in a covered wire bundle. A less-qualified technician very likely would have replaced expensive and non-returnable electronic components before searching for a broken wire. Scott Ripley's people are thoroughly trained, extremely professional and totally honest. I have complete trust in all they do. You can't do better than to call Scott Ripley when you need appliance repair.

        My washer pump went out. Next morning the owner was here right on time. He was fast and reasonably priced. He was clean cut and friendly, so I felt comfortable letting him in my home. He had the pump and replacement belt on the truck, so in about 30 minutes he was done. Thanks.

        Had ripleys out 3 times to try and fix my refrigerator could not fix, called back and was told to call someone else very rude terrible service, I do not recommend this company
