        I called for an estimate on installing a garage door opener. The service man was polite and nice, but before he left he said he was going to lunch on a customers gift card. He said people usually buy him gift cards for places to eat because he does such a nice job for them. I am sure they do a great job, but I used some one else. Vaughn was the highest priced estimate and the other companies did not suggest a tip of a gift card for installation.

On the contrary, the owners of the company are scheduled for estimate calls. Compensation in the form of a tip is not suggested for any of our services. As an established, family owned business that has served our community for over 60 years, we offer personalized customer service along with fair, competitive pricing. If, at any time, there is dissatisfaction with our service or with the actions of any employee, we would appreciate a telephone call that will be directed to the owners.
