Rob Cerra Landscape Construction

We hired Rob and his company to regrade and install a lawn of about 10,000 Ft Sq. What we got was a field of weeds. R. Cerra was paid nearly $8000 for their work. At first Rob agreed to to take care of the problem, but now he just ignores our calls. He took the money and ran and does not stand behind his work. Watch out. Hold $$ back until all his work is done and he delivers what he's paid for.
