Triad Restoration Inc.

Our dishwasher had leaked water while we were gone for the weekend. When we returned we found that our entire living room and kitchen floors were destroyed as well as a large portion of our cabinets. We called USAA insurance and we were referred to TRIAD Restoration. Our lives were chaotic until we spoke with Barry Smitherman, the owner of TRIAD. My wife not only wanted the house restored, she also wanted the house remodeled. This was not going to be a “fly by night” project.
Barry took time to explain what would happen and the process and the time line of how long things should take once work began. I could make this a lengthy review but let me just say that my wife, my 15 year old son and I were all exceptionally pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work that was done. I can’t say enough good things about how our restoration/remodel went. The crew that worked in our house were trustworthy and honest. They even looked after our family dog while they worked and while we had to be at work and school. In short, we would unequivocally and without any hesitation recommend this company to do any restoration, remodeling or recovery work that needs to be accomplished for your home.

If anyone needs any restoration work done, or home repairs DO NOT USE TRIAD RESTORATION INC. All they are good for is giving you a quote, when it comes time to do the job, you can expect to get the run-around. I do not recommend this company at all... And it seems that I'm not the only person that has had this problem

Triad roofing met all our expectations. They did a fantastic job on our roof, were here on time, and fixed the problem. They were courteous, kind, and dependable. I would highly recommend them for all your repair needs.

I found Triad Restoration to be very prompt and efficient. When an appointment was made they arrived within the hour or called to reschedule. All work was completed in a timely manner. I was VERY satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Triad to family and friends. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I can not review their work as after two months of waiting for them to get started on my roof repair they still had not done a thing. I can say that they never put a tarp on my leaking roof. This caused further extreme water damage. USAA recommended them and after calling them and explaining to USAA the lack of work, we were promptly given a new company who had a tarp on my roof within 24 hours and repair started in two days. If you like the run around and can afford to wait months then they are your company.
