        I have been using TruGreen for several years and have continually had minimally successful service. When I call with a complaint I rarely get a return call. I have the only lawn on my court that is serviced by TruGreen and it is the worse looking. Ironically, when I went to Google search for a replacement company they were the only company that came up. I guess when you have a monopoly you don't have to provide good service!
