What I don't understand is why there is a 1 star review when it says they wanted to take it back? Makes no sense... Great company!

Couldn't have had a better experience. They were on time and the job was done just fine. I like chatting with the tech even. my dog that hates everyone seemed to love him.

I removed my review of this company.

Gas fireplace had not been lit in over five years. Since it was acting up before then making a hissing noise and sometime cutting off, I was reluctant to use them. Brogan cleaned everything and they are performing as brand new. The courtesy and consideration shown are greatly appreciated as I am a senior citizen.

I picked Brogan because of the wonderful reviews. I had an appointment which I was rushing home during lunch to be there. I got home and when I did not hear from them I called. At some point during my travels home they had called and said that he was sick with a fever and could not come out that day which I totally understand. I said ok, but also said that I had to rush back to work as to not have to make up time and said I hope he felt better. I have emailed numerous times to ask to reschedule and have not been contacted. Very sad that it we did not get to experience the wonderful service that was provided to others and that emails and calls have gone unanswered. Hope owner is feeling better.

I love the ability to schedule on line and I received excellent service that was done when it was best for me. Makes such a difference in my performance with annual maintenance.

After being told by other fireplace servicing shops that it would be nearly a month before they could see us, we happened upon Brogan Gas Fireplace Service/Repair. We called and Dave set us up with an appointment that same day. Technicians Rob and Carson called from the road whenever they were delayed by traffic, etc., and showed up at the updated time. Rob and Carson got right to work, thoroughly cleaned and inspected the entire unit, then investigated the cause of the flame extinguishing just a few seconds after being turned on, which turned out to be a faulty connection at the wall switch. The end result is that not only is the fireplace clean and much more attractive, but the output is noticeably improved and enjoyable. Rob and Carson were knowledgeable, neat, courteous and worked as a professional team; we couldn't be happier that we came upon Brogan in the phone listings. Brogan is now our "go-to" outfit whenever we have any issues with our gas fireplace, and from our very satisfactory experience we highly recommend them.

Brogan Gas Fireplace Service was the third company I called to fix my fireplace, and I am so glad I found them! After other companies quoted me $500+ dollars to fix my fireplace, Rob came to my house (during a blizzard, nonetheless!) and gave it a thorough cleaning, which is all it needed. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces and even added some extras to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Making an appointment online was very easy, and I was able to get an appointment within two days during the busy winter months. The military discount and guarantee for the rest of the season are additional benefits! What a great company with wonderful customer service!

Great service. I am very happy with the service I received and they were pleasantly social. They gave me a military discount even though it was my late husband that was retired from the military. That meant a lot to me.

Great company! My neighbors and I scheduled service together and we were able to get a much cheaper rate. wasn't a bad price to begin with but I figured I would ask if they would do such a thing and they were more than happy to oblige. We couldn't be happier with the service and it was right on time for Thanksgiving!

It was a nightmare trying to find someone to fix our gas fireplace. Everyone wanted to try and tell us it was a bad control valve and we should replace the whole unit. Not this company! fixed the issue very quickly. we were enjoying our fireplace in a matter of minutes (about 15). the technician talked to us about the military, and our dog really like him too, lol.

Awesome service! I like to shop around before I go with anybody I am going to hire for a job. I don't just hire people off the internet without finding out about the company, and then I compare them with 3 other companies. These guys were the cheapest and came highly recommended when I asked around. That's just how I operate but it pays off. I would recommend them to anyone.
