My mother needed her area rug and carpets cleaned throughout her apartment. I called different companies for her, and a nice lady on the phone offered me a coupon they had at the moment, and then organized for someone to come over to my mothers place the next morning. I called my mother later that afternoon and she told me the men that were over were very kind and explained to her the cleaning process.
