Preferred Exterior just completed our new roof and siding and all we can say is Thanks. Our house looks brand new and we could not be happier. From our first meeting with Matt to review the project scope, through demolition and construction right until completion the Preferred Team was Professional, Punctual, Caring of our Property and Respectful. They truly deserve 5-Stars across the board. Would recommend them to friends and family without reservation.

I have a leak in my siding coming into my recently renovated kitchen, was told by this company that they are not fixing leaks because they are overwhelmed with work. What kind of answer is that? They won't get our business ever in the future after this!

I called regarding a leak, and they were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, within 24 hours the workers were at my house, and rectified the problem immediately. Inaddtion, the receptions was delightful, and courteous!

Called because of leaky roof (due to snowstorm I guess) Preferred Roofing came following day found the problem and fixed it without draining my wallet - thanks! (Would have given them 5 stars but no one is perfect)

Well I called to get a commercial estimate, & to my surprise, the lady was too busy......I had to say to her, I guess I will call someone else!!!! Is you business doing that wonderful that you couldn't send someone on an estimate? 40 years, very disappointed. I called 10:38am on Aug 11th, 2010......
