- Love Heating and Cooling is one of the oldest family run businesses in New Castle, PA. Founded in the 1940's as a coal supplier and furnace repair business. Today's owners are Duane and Terry Boyles, and it is still a family run business. They alone have over 70 years experience in the business. There are now 8 full time employees that have been trained to install and service heating and air conditioning equipment. All employees are drug tested and attend training classes to keep up with continuing changes in the industry. The employees we have are EPA certified for refrigerant work and recovery and OQ certified to install gas service lines. We have 7 service vans and trucks to serve you. A complete sheet metal shop to fabricate duct to meet any need. Emergency service is provided 24 hrs a day. Along with our residential business, we do extensive commercial and industrial work.

Furnace stopped working on a day that even the schools delayed due to freezing temps. I never used this company prior, a friend suggested them to me. I called the receptionist she was very helpful. Less then an hour later a technician was here. He quickly found the problem, answered all my questions and had our furnace going again in less then an hour. I will certainly use this company from now on.
I have been using Love’s Heating for almost seven years. I have owned several rental properties in the New Castle area and regularly have needed HVAC services over the years. I have used Love’s Heating for all of my HVAC needs. Whether it was to replace a furnace, do annual maintenance or in some cases emergency calls they were always there for me. I don’t live local to the area so it is critical for me to use providers that are consistent, professional, priced fairly and courteous. I highly recommend Love’s Heating. I decided to write this review today after I had to have work done on one of my properties. The other day I called in the morning and spoke with the owner to explain what I needed. He went to the property later that day and by 4:30pm I had the estimate in my email box. I let him know immediately I wanted to proceed with the work as soon as possible. He explained that they were very busy so it might take a couple weeks but that they would get it done. I let him know that I understood about the scheduling but that if they could possibly get it done sooner I would really appreciate it. As luck would have it there was a shift in schedule and by the end of the following day I received an email to let me know that they were able to squeeze the job in and that it was completed! Now of course I would have been happy if they completed the work in the 2-week timeframe originally quoted but was ecstatic that they went above and beyond to work my job in. I can’t say enough great things about using Loves. Whether it’s for your own home or if you are a landlord like me who owns multiple properties Love’s Heating is trustworthy, they get the job done right, they are clear and consistent. They even offered me email communications so that I could easily receive quotes and bills which is extremely helpful given I live out of town. I give them a 5-star rating and recommend them highly.
