Called Tim to get my sofa frame and brace boards fixed. In less than a week from pickup to delivery the sofa was fixed (rebuilt) to better than new status. He used hardwoods to ensure he won't likely have to see this piece of furniture again. Very professional and courteous. Will call again when needed.
