Lube

Oils change today 5/31/2015 . Was told the seal on the new oil filter failed..oil all over the Engine hood and frame components of vehicle. The employees tried to clean the oil off of the engine and frame.. After driving to AutoZone to pick up an air filter that Mobil 1 lube Express did not have in stock upon opening the hood engine smoking oil dripping off of everything.. Went back to simoniz car wash #080 and showed-the Manager. Took the truck to the back and proceeded to try and clean the oil off of the engine components with a degreaser and pressure washer.. In all honesty will say they removed 90% of the oil Now have A white spots all over the plastic and rubber components of the engine, along with the hoop light not working and oil dropping out of it.. Was told to take it to the Dodge dealer to change the bulb being they cannot figure out how to take the cover off of the light.. Needless to say I'm not happy... Wish there was a way to post the pics of this ( Service manager of mobile one had the nerve to say that the hood light was not working when the truck came in)

I went because of the high rating that someone put. They were the worst ever. $70 for an oil change and a $4 air filter. I didn't agree to the cabin air filter change and when I went to replace it myself the glove box insert was ruined from the tabs being ripped off. They didn't even put the glove box back the correct way. Terrible service. Never going back.

the employees there are very nice and very helpful. they DO NOT try to take advantage of people and they are more than happy to help you. i will go back again and again
