Universal Floor Cleaning

Highly recommended!!! Contacted UFC for carpet cleaning of our home, gave us a great price for a standard carpet cleaning and the carpet looks like a brand new after they finish the cleaning. Very happy with their service and price.

Just had UFC do my whole house on Saturday. I have to say that they are not the cheapest people to clean my house but given the results they are certainly the best value. They came in Saturday morning and were gone by noon. My biggest concern was my family room and my tile foyer as I am listing my home for sale and it was really an eyesore as you walked in the front door. I have white tile, grout and white carpeting and it looks as good if not better than the day it was installed. I was very happy with the fact that they only use safe cleaning agents and no acidic or dangerous chemicals. I have 3 dogs and frequently have my 2 grandchildren crawling around on the floors and never realized how dangerous some of the chemicals are. I will be using them as soon as I get the keys to my new place and will be recommending them to anybody that will listen. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier! Joe and Courtney are truly professionals and are very good at what they do. Our carpets were very, very dirty (3 children under the age of 4) and we have had them cleaned by other companies in the past but still couldn't quite get them back to new condition. Joe explained that the machine they use and the pre-treatment coupled with 100% clean water rinse will clean the carpet and be back to its new condition. It has been 2 weeks and none of the stains have reappeared, and we are completely satisfied. Joe explained at the end of the job that if we schedule cleaning every 4-6 months that they will not have to do a deep cleaning and the price would be roughly 1/3 of what we paid for deep cleaning. I just scheduled my next 2 appointments with them as I want my carpets to look like this from now on in! Also we were very happy with the fact that the owners were the people to do the estimate and the work. No dealing with shady sales people who pretend to call the office to get you a better deal..... We not only got the best cleaning service we have ever hired but I feel that I got great value for my money and do no feel like I got taken advantage of. I tell all of my neighbors, friends and Co- workers about them.

I am really quite satisfied with the Tile and carpet cleaning done by Universal. I had them do all of the tile and grout and the master bedroom carpet. The only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is because the job took roughly an hour and a half longer than they estimated and I would have chosen a different day for the appointment had I known that they would have been here that long. Joe explained that it was due to the high humidity and that he couldn't seal the grout until it was completely dry. I give them an A for effort but had they communicated this before it was a problem I would have had the air conditioning running and I am sure that would have made a big differnce. I would absolutley use them again and have recommended them to many people.

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over three years due to the horrible experience I had with another company and decided to try a local company because because I recently quit smoking and I am tired of smelling it in my house. I wasn't expecting them to really improve the look of the carpets because the last time I had it done it wasn't a drastic improvement. I am 100% satisfied! My carpets look like new and the odors are entirely gone. They explained that they would not just spray some scent but instead would remove the odors and didn't use anything to cover up or disguise the smell. I am so happy that I have them coming back next week to do all of the tile and grout.

I am awed by the fact that you were able to remove the stains in my carpet in my living room. I had it cleaned previously by another company and the stains actually were worse after they cleaned it plus the carpet was left feeling stiff. Your company, Universal Cleaning, did a spectacular job and it looks and feels like new carpet. So nice and soft. When I saw the dirt that was removed, I was astounded. After you cleaned my WHITE carpet in the master bedroom, that really was an eye opener that your company knows exactly what to use. Many thanks to you and Courtney for a job well done.
