        This family owned business is great to deal with. Big on experience and expertise but small enough to provide personal service. They updated our old radiant in floor heating systems at the vineyard estate house and barn offices with state of the art equipment and boiler. It is efficient and easy to manage. Tom, Brad & Laurie really know their stuff! Their business name is now Schefer Radiant that reflects the multi generational of their business which has transitioned from traditional plumbing services started by Walt Schefer in 1945 to specialization in radiant systems designed and installed by Tom and his son Brad. And then there is Laurie who manages the office and is a gem to deal with on the phone.
