I felt it was a Reasonable cost. I needed my entire condo done since they had not been done in 2 years and I have two pets. Sean did a wonderful job and the carpets looked like new even after they dried. He also fixed some damage areas caused by my cat and you can not even tell they were damaged in the first place. He used carpet from a closet and mentioned he would replace that free with carpet he had next time he comes. I appreciate the good work and honest pricing. I will be sure to recommend and use The Carpet Guy again!!!

I highly recommend The Carpet Guy! The carpets look great. It didn't take long to dry. The smell wasn't too strong. Paid more than double with another company 4 years ago for less rooms! They cleaned the upholstery in my car as well which had 5 years of stains from my kids and the car looks brand new! Took it to the car spa a few years back and they didn't come out at all! Will definitely use them again since I will be able to afford it. Thank you for the military discount!!!

These guys did an unbelievable job on my carpets and my tile. They looked brand new when they were done. I'm military and being punctual is extremely important to us. It's ingrained in us to be on time if not early for everything and one of the things that I've noticed about some civilian companies is that they are never on time but Sean called me to let me know how far out he was and when I should expect him and they were at my house on time. They worked their butts off and they were great with my dogs jumping all over them. Sean quoted me a price and stuck to it even though I think he should have charged more. They even restretched all my carpets upstairs.

Even when a crazy thing happened to me and I fell down the stairs because I slipped on my dogs tail, I could tell Sean was genuinely worried about me. That was sweet and just to let him know, I went to the emergency room that night to find out that I broke it in two places. I thought seriously about going home and strangling my dog but I didn't, afterall she's the retarded one. LOL

Sean and Michael are fabulous!!!!! I had terrible bleach stains in a huge room over a 3 car garage in my house I'm trying to sell. My agent wanted me to replace the carpet in the entire room. Sean and Michael patched the stained areas with new carpet from remnants I had. You'd NEVER know there was a problem. They saved me a ton of $$ and they were so nice and always professional. I'd call them for any carpet related issues. The next buyers came along and made a full price offer and we're now under contract!! Thanks Sean and Michael!!

These guys are the best! Sean and his assistant Michael did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. My carpets were pretty dirty as we live within walking distance from the beach. Now, they look as new as the day we moved in. Best of all, no sales gimmicks trying to sell me the extras. If you want to get your money's worth, then give them a call.

They told me they'd be at my house at 10 a.m. the next day. Guess what! They were!!! I wasn't given a 3 hour window.

They did a beautiful job! They got out stains and high-traffic spots that "SS" said would never come out and I "...really should stop getting it cleaned and just replace it." Thank goodness I didn't listen!!! It is a 6 year old carpet and it looks brand new!

Oh, and there are no marketing ploys for "deodorizers" or "scotch guard". Their chemicals smell great and you are not charged extra for that good smell.



I couldn't believe how inexpensive, fast and thorough they were. Very friendly, clean and trustworthy.

I am telling everyone I know that if they need their carpets cleaned this is the guy!
