        Overall

        Norman Andrews was one of the most difficult customers we have ever worked with. Multiple changes and unreasonable demands. And nothing he says is even remotely true. He actually insisted that a new 200 amp service was included in our bid even though it was nowhere to be found in the contract HE signed.
