Nobles came out to fix my parents roof and it took them awhile to come.they purchased shingles that withstand 120 mile an hour winds.on April twelfth we had 50 to 60 mile an hour winds and they found shingles in the yard. When they were done with the original job they left trash in the gutters and in their attic.they also charged them extra for thing they added to the gutter and then proceed to nail the gutters to the house so you couldn't even move them if you needed to.they also tell you that you have a warranty but never give you the paperwork explaining what it covers and they also don't give you information about the shingles.

Came out and gave an estimate of $5000 to cut down some big trees and reroof all of the flat roofs with a rubber material. We agreed to the work. Have no complaint with the tree work. Came out to do the roof, and called me at work (while very busy) and said it would require additional money to fix the roof over garage. I asked how much, was told "a million dollars", aksed again and he laughed and said the same thing. I asked him to quit screwing around and how much and he said he was not really sure - I had to get back to work so I said as long as it was reasonable just do it. Work was completed in a couple days - then he said he wanted to discuss the additional cost. When asked how much, was again told laughingly, "a million dollars" . He kept repeating this - I finally got annoyed and asked him to be serious. He said that he had underestimated the cost by $1050. He said that that cost was not even going to cover the cost of the materials involved. Within 3 weeks of the repairs , the roof was leaking exactly where it had been leaking before.
