        I would like the managers of NR Towing know that Technician 82217 is a great asset to their organization, I left my lights on to my Jaguar in the parking lot at the Pauma Casino , when it was time to leave my car was DEAD. Your tech was there under 30 mins. from my calling the AAA oper.. When he got there He gave me a great fleeing that every thing would be OK. Now the battery is in the trunk, the car is dead, some how he knew that there was a key slot under the letter U of the truck handle, he made my day charged the battery checked the batteries condition, and had my Wife and I out of there in less than 45 mins. It feel great to know that the fees paid for AAA service is backed -up with knowledgeable thech. Angelo DeVito
