Modern Roofing

We needed our mobile home roof redone this year as we started noticing leaks. Being cautious, we checked consumer-opinion websites like this one and chose three companies to come out and give estimates. We were looking for professionalism, company longevity, knowledge about our type of roofing needs (aluminum roof), and of course cost. We decided the cheapest was perhaps not the best. We chose Modern Roofing for the reasons above and decided it was worth paying a little more for the peace of mind--we felt we were getting the best and that if we had any problems they would make good on their work. We were painstaking in checking over their work. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed...and we now have peace of mind that our roof will be leak-free. Robert and his crew finished yesterday, and we are very satisfied! We are so glad we chose Modern Roofing.

Everything was very professional. From the moment I called to schedule a an estimate to when the job was done. They even followed up with me during the job to make sure if I had any questions. These guys sure know what they are doing and I'm glad I called them.

My neighboor whom had work done a couple of months ago recommended me to Modern roofing. I was having a leak in my livingroom and with the rainy season coming up I needed to get it taken care of. I called Modern and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Dustyn and he inspected the area of trouble. Price was reasonable and he gave me a discount for being a direct buy member! He sent out a crew whithin the next few days and had the area water tested .. NO LEAK! very happy with the service and great communitaction from the office lady and Dustyn.

very good roofing company. I had customer copper gutters put up throughout my entire home. The field representative was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Upon signing the contract , my gutters were put up a week later. great experience.. i would recommend to others.

Can't thank this company enough for giving me such a wonderful experience. My project took about 4 days to complete as told, crew was on time, my home was well covered from the debris. I had specified from the beggining that my plants needed to be well taken care of, and my new brick drive way needed to be protected so they did just that. Before leaving everyday the crew members ran a magnet throughout my home to pick up any nails left behind which made me very happy, so my dog would not get hurt. My estimator was very knockledge and helpful answering all of my question. I would Defenetly be recomending this company to my family and friends.

My wife and I said it was time to replace our roof. We got about 3 -4 estimates and decided to go with Modern Roofing. We had our roof replaced about one week ago and everything went smoothly. The office staff was courteous and called us each day to check in with my wife and I and keep us posted regarding the project. Close to the roof being done, I had our rep provide us with an estimate for gutters and received a great deal . The gutters were put up the day after our roof was completed. We are very happy with the outcome of our roof.
