Manheim is one of the leading providers of used vehicle services and marketplaces to professional buyers and sellers of cars. Manheim supports sellers in getting the full value for their vehicles, and provides buyers with a reliable and safe market to purchase vehicles. The West Palm Beach Auto Auction consignment sales are every Thursday, starting with its fleet lease clients that include AmeriCredit, World Omni, Center One, Fifth Third Bank, Enterprise and SouthTrust. Its dealer consignment lanes feature vehicles from a variety of car stores. The company offers a variety of vehicles to satisfy customers needs with an average of between 1,500 to 1,600 cars per week.         Overall

        Bough a specific car 2004 BMW 530 online (simulcast) . I won the bid and it went to my purchases . Two hours later i see completely different car in my account. Apparently the set price on the BMW was more than my bid so they didn't want to sell it, but somehow they sold it off site on the same day.. thats theyr bussines whatever.. but it gets interesting they wanted to sell me a Jeep that i never bid on. They insisted that i had to buy it! Unbelievable !
        I didn't get very far trying to solve the issue over the phone/email at some point they just stop answering. I had to go there and i live more than an hour away. Luckily i took a screeshot of my original purchase because otherwise there would be no way in hell to proove anything. Camilo the manager was no help at all . I had to escalate it to the general management and they looked at the bidding history so they agreed that i was right and only then it got solved the right way. Robert gm and Dana were very helpfull.
        it seems like people had the same issue at this particular location. I would be very cautious doing business with them any further

        Overall

        This is the most horrible and bad customer service that I have seen visto in my live. I try to contact with the arbitration department, I have left several messages to his manager and the General Manager too, and never call me back.

        What we need to do for be attended for this office?
