Horrible service starting with management...Waited forever on hold, no happy and will never return again...I will also pass the word around!

Food was good! Pasta pricing and quality very comparable to Olive Garden. Pizza was yummy. Good price 20" for $9.99. Dined in. Waitress was good, until I presented her my coupon and I was told the items I ordered were not covered bc they were specials. I argued w/ her the coupon did not state that. The coupon was clear as day stating no such thing. I said I'm using my coupon regardless I'll pay the difference. It was a $25 online certificate off of $35 or more. Dine in only. I asked for owner. Was then told I had to pay for my meals at full price instead of lunchtime special in order to use coupon. Ridiculous. Ud think they would care that the website I bought the certificate from would ask me to review them, and make it easy for patrons to use their certificates. Apparently that is not so. Not sure they cared about the customer. Was very busy for take out pizza orders. We were the only dine in patrons. Would eat there again for takeout pizza only. Tables were preset and dusty.
