Definitely not. If you want to be told a time, get there, and wait for 2.5 hrs for the mechanics (there are Two Mac mobile mechanics. Something i wish I'd known considering i was meeting them in a desolate parking garage) to finally arrive. Call Mac mobile.



If you want to be told the lateness was due to getting lost because, you know this isn't the day and age of gps and apps, call Mac mobile!



If you want to then have someone charge you for a service they did not complete. Nor even come up with a semi resolution to (thankfully my boyfriend was there and he pointed out the issue)Call Mac mobile.

If you want to then find out that they actually drastically exacerbated the issue making it far worse. You might want to call Mac mobile and get your money back.



But keep in mind they'll be too busy running their scam on others so they won't return your call. It's best to not call Mac mobile....



Call anyone else.. Any thing else but Mac mobile.
