Kwik Dry Carpet Care

Had these guys clean carpets in my house. Moderately satisfied with the cleaning, however I later discovered that they had pulled my outdoor spigot out of the wall and I now have water leaking into my basement. I called the owner and tried to calmly and respectful explain the situation. Before I could even finish talking this gentlemen became very defensive and insisted there was absolutely no way that they could be responsible. I respectfully informed that I dissatisfied with his response and that I would not be using his services in the future.



I assumed that would be the end of our conversation. He then said I should call our insurance to look at it and when they said there was nothing that they could do to call him back and apologize. OUTRAGEOUS. I was nothing but calm, respectful and business like, and Informed him that I was not pleased and he wants me to apologize?
