These guys were fast, professional, courteous, and basically perfect. I called around 10pm on a Thursday night about a backed up sewer line, a left a VM. Within minutes I got a call back regarding getting someone to my house. Within 30 minutes the gentleman arrived. He was knowledgeable, willing to entertain my thoughts and ideas, and in the end couldn't have done a better job fixing the problem. The cost was even less than originally quoted, so I was ecstatic. I would recommend these guys to anyone with an issue, regardless of the size.

After returning from vacation, I turned my hot water heater back up to normal and my expansion valve began pouring out hot water. I couldn't get it to stop. My call to J & L was on the Labor Day weekend. I had a return call from dispatcher within five minutes. I was told that the field tech. was on another call, but would be completed within two hours. One hour and twenty minutes later the tech. was at my door. The technician assessed the problem, properly cleaned up the area before starting, and resolved the problem within 50 minutes. I have been involved with the building industry for over 25 years and had an anticipated charge for this weekend service. I was wrong, it was $35.00 less than my estimate. Excellent service, friendly / professional technician, on time, fair price, what else could you ask for these days? I would rate them as the exception, not the norm.

I can see why so many people have great things to say about this company we had a main water line service leak in our front yard 3 other company wanted way to much for replacing it just so happen J & L plumbing was in our housing complex and my husband stop the tech and just to see how much would they charge the price was lower then the other companies and they did i great job thanks guys.

Excellent service. I can't say enough good things about J & L. I called with a plumbing problem at 8pm. They told me that they could have someone out that evening. I told them the problem and asked how much it would be. The price was VERY fair (and wasn't any more because it was at night). They showed up on time (even though it was getting late; fixed it quickly, and charged me exactly what they quoted me. Definitely great folks!!!

We had a water line replace this company is very honest and professional and did a wonderful job restroration on the grass area they dug up very pleased we also recommend them to our neighbor they had a roots in sewer line they got diffrent estimate J & L was the lowest great job.AMIN & JANE

J&L Plumbing was right on time. I woke up to a flooded basement this AM. Called my insurance company they said to call a plumber and they would get Service Master. Went to the internet and called J&L and someone was here within 1.5 hrs. They were prompt and replaced the sump pump and all was good to go! I would use them for all my plumbing needs.

Fairly prompt. Estimate is $110 higher than average plumbers. Declined estimate and work

Professional, friendly, courteous. Arrived on time! Left job site just the way they found it - clean! Best price - competing with 6 other estimates. A PERSON always answered the phone when I called. Proposal clearly stated what would be done. Company worked well with my insurance adjustor. I would highly recommend this company. They will be my plumbing company from this point forward.

God bless you J&L....THIS IS THE FIRST and only plumber I will ever use...I am a single parent with children, who had their water service shut off due to a leak...without the water company telling me in advance. I was without water for a week..until I stumbled upon the J &L website...The are experts, not interested in ripping off people, honest and explain everything in plain language...don't call and get ANY MORE quotes from anyone else if you are reading this....THEY ARE FANTASTIC!

Hi to everyone that is looking for a great plumbing company this company is awsome our main water line bursted saturday morning 11-21-2008 and we called a few places everyone said we have someone out monday or tuesday to look at the water line my husband called J L plumbing they had a crew and a machine out with in 2hrs times replace our water line at a reasonable price i thought thinks guys you are great.

Just want to thank J & L PLUMBING today on a tremendous job my wife and i had a rapture blue poly water service today and flooded our basement this was all bad timing we had quest from out of town visiting so had to have water we must called 10 companies some didn't answer and some did we had 4 companies come and give us a quote they was all outrageous prices i guess thought we was in a dyeing need so J & L came out and give us a price i thought it was fair dealing with that today was Sunday so we agree on the price he got on the phone and call the crew in needless to say the job got done and my family was relief of the stress they did a very fantastic job.Tom & AMY potomac md

Had a sump pump replace by this company and it was the cheapest. I found i called about a dozen plumbers everybody was outragous with there prices if you need any services call these guys the best good luck.

I call J & L plumbing out for a clogged kitchen sink.The dispatch was very polite and honest i asked for a price he gave me one and the other companies told me they couldn't gave a price over the phone. So if others are looking for a honest plumbing company please give them a call and come to find out they also have very good rating as well you tpye in any other city and find them as well with 23 highly ratings thanks guys.
