Steve was a great help for me. I have a rental property in Clifton and had new tenants move in. He was able to perform specific duties such as changing out the dryer electric cord, installing CO detectors, servicing the swamp cooler, boiler and water heater. Power washed the entire property, yard clean up, and other misc jobs. I was thankful for his help as he had the tools and knowledge to take care of what I needed. It was nice to know the job was going to be taken care of without having to babysit.
