Friendly Fences Decks Etc

Don't let the name fool you. My experience with this contractor was a huge disappointment and an overall disaster. I never received a contract, non-licensed subs were hired, there were no change orders to go along with the non-existent contract...the list goes on and on. Worst of all, I paid in advance and have never received an accounting of the total dollars spent and whether or not there is money due back to me. I am appalled.
