        Had to call for an emergency repair of my refrigerator as it became warm and the food was quickly defrosting. I called 7 places that could not come same day before receiving a referral to Faithful Appliance Repair. Raymond, our technician was not only able to arrive the same day but within 2 hours! He was not only punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and quick with the repair; he also gave some much needed tips and information to help keep our unit running smoothly. We are very happy with the service and would recommend Raymond and this company to anyone in need of a repair.
