We had an awful experience with this company. Sam performed horrible work, missed deadlines, failed to pay the subcontractors that were hired, breached our contract multiple times and filed fraudulent liens against my property. Because of this I have filed a lawsuit and taken the appropriate steps for legal actions against Sam in court.



Finally after 2 years and thousands of dollars spent for legal proceeding Sam is granting our request of giving us the mechanic lien releases and allowing us to put in a judgement against him and his company. Even with this coming to a conclusion Sam continues to not want to pay a portion of the legal fees that we had to accumulate and pay due to the fraudulent liens he placed against us after he breached the property. Sam has instructed his lawyer to let us know that he will close down company to start up a new business. I would not recommend anyone to hire or use Sam because the quality of work performed is subpar at best from my experience.
