Earth Guard Pest Management

Unfortunately, many Realtors like me had extremely poor experiences with Earth Guard since the new owner purchased it almost 2 years ago. It was once a thriving, professional organization. Now, the staff and management are rude, unprofessional, and unethical. I would advise finding another company.

I am a single Mom with three kids. I called Earth Guard for spider bites. They were great from start to finish. They also gave me a break in the price when I told them I could not afford much. Yes I will be telling everyone about the company. They understood my concerns. Thank you Sohpie

I am wondering if the other reviews here are from the company and not customers. Or customers who do not ask any questions. I read another bad review elsewhere and wish I had put more stock in it.



Currently I am waiting for them to finish the service I have paid for and then I will post further details. I do not trust this company. I had to ask for a different service person to come because if someone lies that much about the companies products and services, I DO NOT want them in my house where my family sleeps. I asked questions he could not answer and knew more about the "natural" product they were using than the tech did. After all my questions, I found the product information removed from the site the next day. What is it they are trying to hide? Plenty.



They do not show up when they say they will and do not bring what they need when they do come. No one can seem to communicate information from one person to another. Canceling is not as easy as the web site says. Big surprise.



THIS COMPANY IS A HOAX AND SCAM!!!

I found ants outside my home and was afraid they might come in. So I called Earthguard Pest Services and was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism they had. The guy that came out was also very friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely call them in the future.

I’m not sure if you’ll remember me but I called in a total panic last week because I had an ant invasion in my house. I was expecting company for the holidays and did not want ants everywhere. I just wanted to let you know that the gentleman you sent did a great job! He was very friendly and clearly explained everything he was doing. I was happy to hear that it was not my housekeeping that caused the ants to come in, just the change in weather. Thank you for sending someone out so quickly to help me. Thanks to Earth Guard we had a great bug free holiday!

From the time i called to the person who came to my house, they were great. the person who answered the phone was very helpful and the guy who came out knew exactly what to do. thank you for your top quality service and for saving me money at the same time.

They have great customer service. I was with another company and switched. Not only are they nice on the phone but it I saved money switching. I highly recommend Earth Guard.
