I am VERY disappointed in the service received today. Pet stains are now darker than before so not sure about "expert stain removal." Most of the carpets are still wet so cannot replace furniture. When I called back to advise of same, I was advised the carpets should not still be wet and nothing in the Chemicals used would worsen the stain. Though he offered to return to do the stains over, he was rather testy that his service did not cause the problem.

After the service and my payment, he provided his business card advising if 10 % discount. Nice!! After the fact! I feel a reputable service would have provided this discount. I will not be using again or recommending this service.

We used Dri & Kleen on 6/27 and the carpets came out so clean and still look great today ! Corey & his son were very professional, polite and courteous. We had other companies give estimates and the "special" wasn't really a "special" once they arrived but with Dri & Kleen the price Corey quoted over the phone was exactly what it was when he saw the job. Excellent service !! Highly Recommended !!

We called for a same day service. Andy & Corey showed up a couple hours later. Made the carpets look and smell awesome. Gave me an estimate on the air ducts and they are coming back in July. Finally found a very good and reputable cleaning service. I highly recommend them.

I love the fact that this is an owner/operator! Corey showed up on time. Brought my grout lines back to its original color but best of all he beat all the other estimates by a considerable amount! Thanks again!! I will be calling you back in the future. Have fun this summer with your son!!

Wow!! Is all I can say. I was in a pinch, Corey not only fit me in the same day; he also showed up on time and in uniform. Biggest impression on me was that he told me my bill before he got started and it was exactly what the coupon said (Dryer Vent 75.00) No extra charges at all!! Thanks Corey!! My clothes are drying now in 30 minutes! I highly recommend Corey He is professional and very punctual. See ya in the future

I am so glad I found these guys! I was in a pinch as we waited till the last minute. They showed up within a couple of hours. The work was completed within an hour. The carpets look and smell wonderful and they where dry before our guests showed up. You guys are the BEST! I will use your company again in the future! Thanks!!

Let me just say I usually don't write these unless warranted... Andy & Jose from DriKleen are the best of the best. They made our home new again. 5 kids 2 dogs, pb&j, soda and much more all gone. They cleaned our carpets, microfiber couches and even the dryer vent! Clothes dry faster and are fresher! These guys are amazing. I have used kiwi and others- there is no comparing. The prices are fair, actually the value of what Andy and Jose did for me is PRICELESS. They did not try and upsell and I paid exactly what Andy quoted... Thank You DriKleen- these guys are true assets! I highly recommend this company and especially this dynamic duo!!! ;)

Corey and all the guys from Dri Kleen were really professional. He gave us a very honest estimate over the phone using the latest coupons I didn't even have, as opposed to some other companies that insisted on coming out to the house first before they could provide an estimate. They came at the exact time they said they would, did a really thorough job, and went above and beyond. After several sub-par experiences with vendors over the last few years, Dri Kleen definitely did not disappoint!

I would recommend Dri Kleen Company to anyone needing their tile floors cleaned. Corey and Andy the technician's arrived on time measured the floor and gave me the cost. Corey and Andy did a great job restoring the floor to the original color. This recommendation can be summed up by saying the people and the company our professionals.

Jose and Corey were very punctual and professional. They were friendly and did an awesome job cleaning the carpet. Although some of the pet stains didn't come up :-( Jose fore warned me that they wouldn't before they began. They were quick and efficient and the area they cleaned looks much better than before they came out. I would highly recommend Dri Kleen for their expedient service and great work.

I highly recommend this company! My carpet was in pretty bad shape and they did an awesome job in getting it clean! They were very professional, punctual, and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use them again!
