As a professional i would not recommend joe not for his knowledge but for his impolite and inconsiderate ways of dealing with a client i put alot of faith and alot of work to him and he did not represent what he put out

this man is a crook and im glad someone rated it before i did

In my dealings with Joe Randall I had noticed what seemed to be a nice man who was fairly knowledgeable of concrete but a tad dirty for my taste but i overlooked this he had agreed to do a job and showed up and then left with nothing completed and has not contacted me since!Very Very unprofessional and I would not reccomend this man or his services to any unsuspecting victim he may prey upon. Thank You
