Capitol Roofing

I had great experience with Capitol Roofing in the past my current experience has been awful. I was contracting to reroof my trailer. The initial estimate went well and we signed a contract. Then the terrible experience began. I received an email stating they forgot to charge for dumpster. They resent a new contract for $900 more. I had to leave several messages both voice and email with no responses. I had to continually to call them to get any answers. After reviewing quotes, it was determined that they wanted to charge me twice for the dumpster. They removed the second dumpster charge but they also took away the original discount so they were still increasing the cost of the roof from our original contract. Capitol Roofing lost my trust and wasted 6 weeks of my time. I am waiting to see if they return my $3000. t

I have had an excellent experience with Capitol Roofing and I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

BEWARE!!! I wish I could give this business a negative rating. Please do your research before contacting Capitol Roofing. The owner Dennis and his staff are very unprofessional and RUDE!! I requested an itemized receipt and was told by Steve to pay the damn bill and then he hung up. BE CAREFUL!!!

I have known them for about forever. I went to school with the owner and his wife. The staff there are excellent. I work Cody all of the time.

I work with them on for commercial. We had our roofing redone. The staff was so good. Our experience was excellent with them.

I worked with the president of capital roofing, him and his staff was excellent, just excellent. He was wonderful. He came to fix our roof after the last hail storm. He gave us a very thorough inspection.

Don't do business with them! Their customer service is terrible and even their own sales reps can't seem to agree if a roof needs to be replaced or not. Morale is terrible among the employees and it shows in everything they do. If I could have given zero "stars" I would have!
