WORST TREATMENT EVER!!!!
Dear Badcock Corporate, I and my wife were treated with total disrespect and disregard by one of your employees in your Dothan, AL Store. He was a first class Arogrant Prick who seemed to think he was too good to assist us. We were there to purchase our son a Real Tree Couch, Love Seat and Recliner... And for us, a TV Stand and Bed Room Suit. We had been in your store in Enterprise, AL and were treated exceptionally by your staff there... When I asked your Dothan Store employee (rather heavy set 50ish, gray haired gentleman) if they offered a Military Discount , he said "no we do not!" I then told him that the store in Enterprise had offered us a 10% Military Appreciation Discount... He responded with a smart a.. grin, "Well, you are not in Enterprise Boss man!" I told him that that kind of treatment did not encourage me to buy anything at his store. He just walked off and left us standing there and refused to wait on us. We then went to the back counter to talk to a young lady that was willing to help us. As we were talking, the rude, arrogant condescending employee came up and interrupted my wife, me and the female employee saying, "I got them!" I told him that he had walked off and was too much of a smart ellick for us to deal with him further and that I would prefer that we dealt with the female employee who was being very helpful to us. He then said, "well, she is not going to wait on you...!" My wife and I then left the store... We had found the Living Room suit that my son wanted and other items that were perfect for our house and we had $5K in the Car and we're making our last minute Christmas shopping today. But, we had no intention of spending a dime with this jerk! He was one of the rudest salesman that I have ever dealt with. My wife was APALLED! I was livid! We will never set foot in another BADCOCKS again. Please have an upper level Managing Supervisor contac me... We want a full apology from this rude employee, then we may consider spending time and money in your stores...! By the way, we bought furniture this morning from your Enterprise, AL store and was very pleased! And they Quoted us a Price on the 3 Real Tree items that was $700 below what the jerk in your Dothan Store quoted us... WE KNEW THE ITEMS WERE IN SALE... HE MIST HAVE TAKEN US FOR IDIOTS.... I am a Wartime Disabled American Veteran that served our country for 39 years and I just think I and my wife as well as other patrons deserve better than this guy...! FIRE HIM YESTERDAY!!!!
