I have used them for years[ early 1980's] and they are always fair and give very good service. No complaints from me.
My parents have always used Millsaps and I have used them now for at least 20yrs. They are always honest and only replace what parts have to be replaced. One time I had something stuck in my washer pump. He could have put on a new pump and made more money but he just pulled out a sock. They also are so helpfull with information when we have tried to repair thing ourselves! They are very fair with thier price's on part and service. I'm sure that is why they have been in business for over 40 years now! I highly recommend them and would use no one else!!
