When I called this company, the lady attending my call was very helpful and knowledgeable, she sent a technician the same day, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my dryer right away. He was very careful and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my dryer. I called American West Appliance and the technician arrived within a few hours. He assessed the problem and was able to efficiently fix it the same day. He was friendly and reasonable. I would highly recommend!

He determined that the motherboard was not working and therefore the compressor was not getting power and the fridge is not cooling. He had a brand new part and fixed my refrigerator right away. I am very happy with this company.
The serviceman was right on time, very courteous, did the repair promptly and the ice make is working perfectly again. Alex was very professional and personable, made me feel comfortable and did a good job. I would highly recommend!

The technician arrived on time, checked my oven, diagnosed the problem and estimated work needed. He had the part in his truck and fixed the issue right away. The work was efficient, he even swept up the crumbs he found under the stove when he pulled it out. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with this company.

Entire service was a pleasant experience. Mike was polite, professional and punctual with his arrival. He checked our refrigerator and determined that main control board stopped working. He had a new part and completed the job in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable and was true to his word with the price that he quoted.
We have used them many times for our appliance repairs over the years, and they have always been professional and efficient. We prefer to hire local service providers and we like that American West is a family owned business. They are very reasonable.

Provided by SuperpagesMy refrigerator was barely keeping food cool rather than cold, although the freezer section seemed to be fine. I called American West Appliance Repair and they sent someone the same day. He gave me a bid on what it would cost to fix it, after my approval he went out to his truck, got a new fan motor and installed it in a timely manner. The thing has been working fine ever since. Very professional service!

Provided by SuperpagesAmerican West Appliance came out on Thanksgiving Day! I could not believe that someone would fix my oven on Thanksgiving holiday. The technician was on time, polite and excellent in his description of the problem. He had the part in stock and did the repair as soon as he diagnosed the problem by replacing the igniter. The price was reasonable and I am so happy with this company. They saved my family holiday.
