        Stay away from this outfit! Made an appointment and an AC "specialist" was supposed to arrive between 12:00 & 5:00pm. I received a call about 5:20 stating that they were in the area and would be arriving very soon. After waiting all day some young kid showed up after 6:30. I told him what I wanted done: blow out a clogged up line . He looked at the unit in the attic and said he can't do the job because my AC's too old., less than 9 years. He also mumbled something about they only work with PVC lines(?). Then he walked through my house with his dirty shoes and tried to open the back sliding door. He didn't even look to see there was a bar that needed to be released to exit. Instead of informing me of what's going on he ignored my questions and called someone asking them what to do. Then he stated that he needed to get something out of his truck. I waited for him to return, however after about 15-20 minutes I checked outside and he and his truck were gone. No communication what so ever. Too many red flags here that ring loud alarms of know nothing unprepared so called "technicians"

        who show up an hour and a half late after waiting all day since 12:00 with no apologies, proper tools and knowledge about how to do the job or communicate with the customer. ZERO Stars!
