I would not recommend this company if you value your time.
Company missed its first appointment, entirely.
Was 2.5 hours late (outside the appointment window) for the install.
The product installed had visual imperfections (dents).
Company entirely missed two subsequent follow up appointments.
AC unit was not working. I have my elderly mother at home and a dinner party set for the next day. The technician arrived on time, inspected our unit, quoted us a reasonable price and fixed our unit that same day. Very happy and warm !!!
I called to get my A/C going for the season and I got fast service and a fair price. I was a little worried about having to call a contractor over but it all turned out well. I felt like they were honest with me during the whole process. I’d use them again.
I called to have my central heating system repaired and found the repairman short on parts, tools, and knowledge. After spending the entire afternoon repairing the system he left with completely testing it. I found that my upstairs and downstairs systems were now not working independently. I called for a correction and schedule an appointment. The repairman did not show up on time, and did not call. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.
I called these guys up this morning and they came out within 2 hours. I called them because I thought my furnace needed to be serviced prior to starting it for winter. Upon looking at the furnace, they said all it needed was a new filter. They ended up changing the filter with a filter I had and not charging me for the service call. It is rare to get such great service like this. I highly recommend them.
I couldn't be happier with the results. He got my heat up and running and even cleaned the parts and under the heater. He also recommended a few items that I wouldn't have thought about and he climbed on the roof to make sure the venting was working properly. The price was less than what I had expected, granted I had not clue how much it would cost- I will most definitely use this company again for any heating issues that come up.
