        Overall

        I have used Charlie Taplin and A & B Sewer and Septic many times. They connected a sewer on 1 property and installed and new drain field on another property. Everything went great. I now use them every 3-4 years to pump my septic system. I have recommended them to all my friends, and those who have used them have also been happy with A & B. A++++ company and a pleasure to work with.

        Overall

        Called A&B to get an estimate on excavating and demolition. The gentleman came out to the house and looked things over. He said he would get back to me with a price. I have called them on several different occasions over the past 3 months and I have never received a phone call back. This is the owner, Charlie, that is lacking the effort to communicate. Our house is within 10 minutes of their location. I believe this is a very poor way to do business. I can't believe we are not even worth a phone call back. I will happily pay a little more for someone who communicates properly. This is very frustrating.
