I came in 6 months ago looking for an affordable car and met with the owner and sales associate right away they made me feel at home. They showed me multiple cars within my budget and we picked out the best one to fit me. I am very pleased with my car I've never had a problem with the car and the customer service is awesome. Any questions I had they answered them and help me get financed by a great company with low payments. This was everything I wanted and more. Great people and service I would defiantly recommend them to anyone buying a car in the future. Awesome Sauce!!!! I am very happy and will be returning when I want to buy another car.

Great Used Car Lot,I've Bought 5 Or 6 Used Cars From AZ Since 2009,Never Had any Surprise Issues,AZ's Always went out Of His way To take care of any issues After A sale,A lot of times at no charge If possible,If Expecting To have no issues For 100,000 Miles U should Buy a new car.These Guys Will Take care Of U.

I would not recommend this place for anyone. They are deceitful and dishonest. Also Amir is the rudest person to do business with. The warranty is not worth any thing. Before we bought our car they promised 2 new tires on it we ended up paying for half of them. Then it has taken 2 1/2 months to get out tags. By law a car lot is suppose to have your tags in 30 days. We were told we had to get a paper notarized before they could do that. About 4 trips back over there and still have not got tags. Every time we call Amir just left to go get them. They are such liars. This car lot belongs on Dickerson rd. Will never buy or recommend this place to anyone. Someone should really investigate this business. The shop they have down the road act like when you come down there for something that you are an inconvenience to them. Lesson learned from now on will definitely go to a dealership, might be a little more but at least I'll have piece of mind.

AZ Auto needs to be renamed to RIP OFF AUTO. We bought a truck from them after they told us that it was perfect and that it did not need anything but a driver and that it came with a 60 day warranty. Not 2 days after buying the truck it starts have a bad clutch/transmission problem. We contacted them and the Owner Amir answered and told me over the phone that nothing was wrong that the truck was suppose to do that, I insisted that his mechanic take a look at it and so he agreed. I left the truck for 5 days only to be called and asked if I could show the mechanic the problem. Well of course the truck does not grind for the mechanic but I had asked for the mechanic to look at the clutch and trans but the mechanic repeatedly told me the truck was fine. So I left and about a day later the truck started have problems again so not trusting the dealership I went to a local mechanic who has worked with AZ auto in the past and they took it apart to find that the clutch was bad the slave cylinder was leaking and the input shaft on the transmission was gouged due to the pilot bearing be completely trashed so 1500 dollars to fix it well I called Amir and he said he would only be responsible for $500 of that because he claimed that his shop could fix it for that even though he and his mechanic said the truck was fine. So I went to get the $500 and he started screaming at me in front of my children claiming he now had no responsibility to pay because I used a different shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE place to buy a car. The owner lied and over charged us on the state tax. To many other issues to list about this business. Find another dealer!!!!

I'm generally not a fan of small "Tote Your Note" car lots, they tend to be pretty skeezy, this one is no exception, but I found the particular car I was looking for on their lot. It was in good shape and the price was where I thought it should have been. With a little haggling, I got the price where I wanted it. I put a down payment on the car for them to hold it, so I could go to the bank and get cash the next day. I called on the way there that following day only to be informed that the car was sold after I had given them a couple hundred dollars to hold it. They never called to inform me that I had been screwed, I suppose they wanted me to make the hour long drive. Apparently, they are going to give me a check for the down payment that I gave them, and I get to hope that the check doesn't bounce.



It's the gift that keeps giving.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My husband brought a car here. They made false promises to make waste his time and run down the time on his warranty. This business is WHY used car sales men have a bad name. Not only was the car over prices but, the service was horrible. We are thinking about taking this, business to court over damages.
