Me and my husband bought our wedding rings here, they are beautiful and the price was OK. We also purchased life time warranty, which is a good thing, but getting them sent out to be worked on or dipped is a challenge. They store never has a set jeweler, so I get sketchy on sending it out. Once my setting was a different diamond. I was so upset, the one I had before was flawless, they gave me a whole new wedding set, but it had to be sent out again to be sized, witch took another week. So now a year later, I sent out my ring again, because the diamonds around the band were all loose, and where they sized my ring was starting to show. This was 2 weeks ago, and I still have not received my ring back, I'm so upset because, they always guarantee a fast process and I have yet to experience that. I dread sending out my rings, it's the worst. My opinion is, don't ever purchase rings or diamonds that will need to be sent out, it's a hassle and not a trusted jeweler, go else where. Wish I can get my money back and go to a different place.
