        I live in Port Arthur TX and ordered an embroidery/sewing machine that was refurbished. Amanda contacted me to let me know the machine wasn’t fit to send and was kind enough to help find the right machine for my money. I will be more than glad to do business with Kens Sewing Center each and every time I am in need for a major purchase. Thank you for the best service I’ve received in such a long time/.         Very nice greeting at the sales desk. She extended help on questions I had about leaving my machine and even took time to show merchandise on the floor. On my return to pick up my machine, the tech explained what he did and was very honest. Also explained how to solve my issues I had with my machine. Very courteous. Great staff and help in this store.
