We walked into Valley Hot Springs Spas just to look. Jason and Diane were so helpful. Diane spent so much time explaining all features. Cost was up front. I went back next day and purchased.
Delivery guys were great, spa was set up with no problems. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a our spa from Valley Hot Spring Spa in Murrieta and what a pleasure it was. Working with Cory was a pleasure, and he was so knowledgeable and took the time to go through an explained every detail and even waited until we moved to complete and deliver our new spa. We love the professional staff, and plan to come back for a water fall.

I want to thank Valley Hot Springs, for a job well done. My wife and I were just looking around for a new one, and went to several hot tub places. In the end, there is no better place to go than here. Jason, Candace and Bob are very helpful, courteous and friendly. Jason walked us through all options and we ended up with the Cal-Spas Gen II. Jason took the time to explain all options to us. The whole cost was up front with no fine print adders as with other places. The movers had it set on the pad in a flash and again were courteous, friendly and professional. My wife (and I) is extremely happy with what we got. Remember: “Happy Wife, Happy Life”! I can’t say enough good things about Temecula Hot Tubs for all the help. Save yourself a lot of time, gas and aggravation. If you are on the market for a new hot tub, just go here.

Great Experience purchasing our spa at Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs. We had been researching spas for awhile and looked at several stores. What sold us on purchasing from Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs was the knowledgeable sales staff and the friendly/no pressure atmosphere. What was really cool was walking into the store and being handed an iPad to use as we walked around the store – we could scan QR codes on the spas to learn all about each one – very high tech which I love and it allowed us to shop around first on our own before we had to engage the sales staff. Of course, the people there are super friendly so for the non-tech adopters you can learn all you need from the folks that work there – they are very helpful. Got a killer deal on our spa and have been enjoying using it daily. Highly recommend Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs. Jason, Candice and Bob … THANK YOU!!

We just got a new Hot Spring Envoy from Valley Hot Spring Spas in Murrieta, CA. What a great company! They went above and beyond from the first time we went in to the store to delivery and installation. This is our second experience buying a hot tub and they are sooo much better than the other guys (who are now out of business). Not to mention that the Hot Spring spa is an exceptional brand.
