STAY AWAY! Issue with tankless water heater. I waited around for six hours for an emergency tech to show up to tell me in 1 minute to call the manufacture and they will walk you through the problem (because that's what they do). After being told they know tankless heaters and having the appointment changed twice the same day. I wish I could give no stars, absolutely terrible customer service.

RUDE DUDE to busy to educate the neighbor could have had more work but your rude deminer lost me as a customer and i hope other ppl read this and choose not to use you . I have never posted a review but i feel that your shortness and lack of people skills are your worst quality.

Found bercks in the yellow pages. Same day service very professional fixed my leak no catch just great service. Would recomend this compnay to family and friends.
