Texas Roadhouse

When arrived we told hostess 15 ppl. Never once told by staff that we had to sit at separate tables but told there was an hour and half wait. After the wait and finally called to be seated we were told the store doesn't seat more than 6per table. We wouldn't have waisted all that time if we had known this in the beginning. The management personnel had a bad attitude and didn't show any concern for our issues on service before even being served. We had 2 servers for which only one was decent. One of our tables was barely tended to. No kids cups or lids were available. This is a necessity when you have children, unless you're NOT a family welcomed business. Food was brought out incorrectly. One child spilled a drink all over the table, server notified and brings a few napkins and lays them down, not asking if we need anything and she walked away. Rude manager didn't come back to see if things were better or worse. Upon leaving one family member fell inside the restaurant and within less than 10 minutes another customer fell in the same spot. The rude manager (Michael) wasn't concerned about the well-being of our elderly family member but only demanding to know if we came in with the other party who had an accident. Simply outrageous!

Early bird special is best deal in. the area...

My wife & I have been eating at Texas Roadhouses for several years...and this one at Garden City was the very first. We've never gotten a bad meal. Their steaks, even the specials, are great and their ribs are some of the best ever. I've given gift certificates for this place and my friends have been equally pleased and TR fans forever!
