Laroche Elizabeth

Coming from Womens Health Specialist, this was a breath of fresh air! Receptionists actually answering the phone, returning calls, and having openings--amazing! Laroche and her nurse practitioner were so kind and professional. Dr. Laroche was EXTREMELY thorough and answered all of my questions, not one of those Drs that is so smart they can't have a regular conversation with a "normal" person. She's very compassionate and friendly, she has a new patient for the rest of her practice!!! Jackie

UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF! Can't say much about the doctor...could never get in to see her. Had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with Karen Puckett. (But that was expected, good doctors are always in demand or so I thought) The day before my long awaited appointment I received a message that Dr. Puckett was sick and I needed to reschedule. I get that, doctors are people too and they get sick from time to time. Made 2nd appointment (for 3 weeks later because that was the soonest they would give me) and was called again to "reschedule" because doctor was "sick". 3rd time...same thing! I can only guess that I didn't have the "right" insurance to see the actual doctor... Each time I called, the appointment setter was rude and abrupt as if my call interrupted her day. When I finally had no choice (couldn't be put off another month) and consented to see a PA, I got an appointment within a few days. I arrived on time and when I was taken back to a tiny cold exam room I was left there for over 90 minutes. Freezing in that thin paper gown, I could hear the staff giggle and laughing down the hall. If I had to do it over and hadn't already wasted enough time with this place I would have left. STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Thank goodness for reviews and hope this helps women who really need to see a doctor and do not want to settle for an unsuitable substitute. For your own sake, consider another office! DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH, Murfreesboro has too many other good doctors to choose from.

This office was uncooperative and rude. They did nothing to make a new patient feel welcome. I would never recomment this office to anyone! Find another physician!
