Dr. John Gustaitis, MD

Although I believe the doctors at Munster Radiology are probably all good (Dr. Mary Nicholson is the only one I've dealt with and she was extremely knowledgeable and very personable), I will go elsewhere in the future for any procedures when directed to Munster Radiology. I got one statement in the mail, and while I waited for insurance to send me a statement my account was forwarded to a collection firm. I NEVER pay medical bills without waiting to see what my insurance covered, and I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield so it's not like we're dealing with some no-name company here. And I have never dealt with a medical group that did not send a second statement. Is Munster Radiology so hard up that they can't wait for their money? I am astonished and furious.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Never returned my repeated calls. Paid a bill from them that was due, they cashed the check then sent us a final notice bill. Called to tell them we paid and they cashed check and they said they would look into it and call back. Never called back and 4 months later we got a letter from a law firm that they sent our $49 bill we paid to collections. The supervisor still won't return my calls.
