Kline's Gayle R V Center Inc

yep not impressed at all with gayle kline and I see after all these years they still continue to treat their customers like crap if you catch them in a lie like I did. needed warranty work on my coleman pop up years ago. they claimed to have ordered a new roof for the thing and I came to find out it was a roof for another pop up that they had laying around. and they screwed me for a non existent freight bill of 400 bucks. recently I needed a part for a hard side I own now. they were listed as a distributer, so I called. their price was 69 dollars over the maximum allowed price by the manufacturer and when I mentioned that to the "sweet" parts lady she froze me out with "well sir that's the price that's on it." well ma'am, ....i'll buy elsewhere. hope they go out of business sooner than later, I'd like to see nice ice cream shop in their place. this site asked for a star rating but I can't give it a zero

I purchased my Jayco JayFeather here in 2005, and I can't say enough good things about the service department and parts store. I'm always greeted with a smile, and Tony, Grace and Eileen always make me feel like I'm their most important customer, no matter how busy they are, or how minor my issues are. The service people always do an exceptionally good job in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. Eileen, in the parts store is awesome! She's always very upbeat and positive. If I want anything that's not in stock, she's always willing to take the time to look it up and order it for me. Because I'm so pleased with my Jayco and the Service After the Sale, I'll be purchasing my next Jayco from Gayle Kline!
